Starbucks

I really enjoyed the Starbucks and it's a very convenient location. You have everything that you could possibly need for breakfast.

Fast, efficient team. This Starbucks is always busy and has long lines like the airports. This is the only Starbucks that I have seen with a Hilton Honors line. Just remember to bring your Hilton Gold or Diamond card.

Been everyday for last 5 mornings, this morning, I didnt want their complimentary water because it doesnt have a lid. The barista immediately copped an attitude, charged me $1 for a water, on top of my $5.50 coffee, asked me to sign receipt but didnt offer pen, when asked she pointed them out as if they were obvious, they were under the pin pad. While I was waiting for my coffee she was talking about me because she couldn't see me, AND "forgot" to send a water cup with my name forward. Another employee asked "did you charge her for a water", she said oh yea. Pfft, if you dont like your job, or it's too early for you to be pleasant or nice to us coffee drinkers at 6am......find another job !!!!!!!
